About Zach Pousman

Zach has spent his career figuring out what's actually true, rather than what everyone assumes is true. Decades as a researcher working across design, psychology, and technology — first at Microsoft and Razorfish, then founding the R&D consultancy Helpfully, and most recently co-founding Permitable, a permitting solution for luxury residential work.

At Meet South, he directs the technology and AI our agents work with. Buying a house is full of assumptions — about a neighborhood, about what a renovation costs, about what a place will be worth in ten years — and Zach brings the same rigor he's applied to research problems for most of his career to digging past them. Zach lives in Fernbank with his wife and teenage daughter. On a good weekend, you'll find all three of them on the BeltLine, skateboarding on longboards.
