About Beck Kuhlman

Beck came to real estate from software sales, where the job was to understand a business well enough to know what it actually needed — not what it said it wanted on the first call. He studied strategic communications and business analytics at Colorado, a useful pairing in a business where half the work is reading people and the other half is reading numbers. He's a careful listener, which means hearing what a client is really looking for, sometimes before they've said it out loud.

He's early in his own career and smart about it: he came into Meet South under agents with decades in this market, and he uses them. When Beck brings you an answer, it's been pressure-tested by people who have seen this market do everything it does.

Beck lives in Old Fourth Ward and is always out looking for something new in the city — a restaurant, a block, a building he hadn't noticed. Outside of work, you'll find him on a golf course or in the gym, usually earlier in the morning than most people would volunteer for.
